So, what is it exactly?

Shortly after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, multiple media outlets created news articles discussing Nuclear war and what it would mean for humans if something catastrophic were to happen. Well, New York city took it a step further and created a PSA in the form of a commercial, warning its citizens on what to do in case of a full on nuclear attack. One of the proposed suggestions presented in this public service announcement, was the “Bug Out Bag”.

So What is it?

Well, simply put, a “Bug out Bag” is just a back pack filled with survival gear. It could also be referred to as a makeshift survival bag containing essential items needed to survive while on the go. Hypothetically speaking, if some form of cataclysmic catastrophe were to abruptly occur, your bug out bag should already be prepared and ready for use immediately. (Especially during evacuation procedures.)

But Why?

So, why all of a sudden the stark warnings about nuclear attacks?? We aren’t even at defcon level 2 yet??? Or are we??? Currently, Russia is threatening to nuke Ukraine, and China recently revealed their new “Nuclear Submarine”, and in North Korea they are conducting various nuclear tests. Basically, WW3 is here and the tension between countries will continue rise…
